This Privacy Policy explains how Kinetic Pay ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our point of sale software and dashboard.

1. Information we collect

Account information: business name, business type, email address and a hashed password.

Business data you enter: products, inventory, orders, invoices, customer records, employee names and roles, and bank details you provide for payouts (stored encrypted).

Inquiry information: details you submit through our contact, qualification or statement review forms, such as name, email, phone, business name and messages.

Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to operate and secure the Services.

2. Payment card data

Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s use of information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain and secure the Services; to process transactions through Stripe; to respond to inquiries; to send service-related messages such as receipts and account notices; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Services (for example payment processing, hosting, databases and email delivery), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

5. Your customers’ information

When you record customer information in Kinetic Pay, you control that data and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for providing any notices to and obtaining any consents from your customers that the law requires.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies, including a secure httpOnly session cookie, to keep you signed in. We do not use these cookies for advertising.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards described on our Security page. We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information. To make a request, email support@kineticpay.com.

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new date at the top of this page.
